The Rural Ticket is an economic aid for the creation and/or replacement of non-agricultural micro-enterprises located in the LEADER territories of Catalonia.
On December 9, the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food has published the second call for the Rural Ticket. Aid aimed at promoting rural relief through economic support that can reach 35,000 per project, with the aim of promoting the creation of new micro-enterprises in rural territories, as well as the transfer of businesses already in operation. The call will be open until February 14, 2025.
It is accessible to all those interested in creating a new micro-enterprise or who acquire one in transfer; as well as legal persons and non-agricultural cooperatives to promote a new business or take over from a company already in operation. The business activity must be maintained for a minimum of five years, counting from the payment of the grant.
The Rural Ticket consists of a certain flat-rate amount that is not linked to the realization of any investment, to cover the minimum expenses and the circulating asset required to a company for its start-up or transfer of activity.
This aid is incompatible with any other aid intended for the creation of companies, but compatible with the LEADER grants calls linked to investment projects.
